As a data analyst my job consisted in process and interpret the data and then collect that data and compile it into a report. Finally, I transformed that information into logical, meaningful and applicable reports for critical decision making. I also developed plots for transaction collections at the main banks in the country: Pichincha, Guayaquil, Produbanco and Western Union.
As a web developer my job consisted in creating new functionalities within the platform, managing API's, databases, coding, and GitHub repositories. Also, improving the visibility of a website in the organic results of different search engines through SEO and its tools.
As a cyber cafe manager, the activities developed were customer service, corrective and preventive maintenance, accessory sales, inventory preparation, reporting. I acquired basic knowledge in cabling, telephony and control software for an efficient management of the business.
